The Route

The infamous route from Tukwila to Seattle.

I have been told that there is some way for spectators to track your run. Does anyone know how to set that up?  Is it some sort of app? Comments welcomed.

  1. Yes you can track! Its like flight status alerts, they get text messages with your mile markers and times!
